How is Portfolio Health Calculated?

The Portfolio Health score is determined by three key sub-indicators:

1. Asset Class Diversification – Measures deviation from the target allocations defined by your investor profile.

2. Positions Diversification – Evaluates the maximum percentage a single position holds in your portfolio.

3. Derisked Status – Assesses whether the initial investment has been derisked, weighted based on position size relative to portfolio size.

Choosing Your Investor Profile

Each investor profile (Degen, Moderate, Conservative) has an optimal distribution factor. The closer your portfolio aligns with these parameters, the higher your Portfolio Health score.

What are the Investor Profiles and Their Allocations?

ApeScreener categorizes portfolios into three predefined investor profiles, each with an optimal distribution:

• Degen: Higher allocation to small-cap and mid-cap assets.

• Moderate: Balanced distribution between blue-chip, mid-cap, and small-cap assets.

• Conservative: Higher allocation to stable and blue-chip assets.
